Sadie teams up with Lizzo to release “Basement Queens”

Sadie Dupuis, aka Sad13, of Speedy Ortiz teamed up with Lizzo after accepting the challenge from Google to create a track purely using Hangouts and Docs. After throwing multiple ideas around, the two met in Brooklyn to record the single, they came up with “Basement Queens.” “With irresistible vocal harmonies and driving bass beats, ‘Basement Queens’ is a celebration of individuality and creation on your own terms.” Stream the track now via Google Play. The track was produced by Computer Magic.
