New Zealand’s MADEIRA has shared a remix of her gauzy single “Come On Thru” by Washington, DC dream pop outfit Brett.
“[The remix] is inspired by early Weatherall and Oakenfold productions, as well as the textures found on the Moodhut and Future Times labels. The dance mix builds to a grooving bass line which compliments the soaring melodies of the original.” — Mike Coogan (of Brett)
The original “Come On Thru” can be found on MADEIRA’s debut EP Bad Humors, which is out now on Carpark Records. You can pick up a physical copy of the release on the shop or digitally via iTunes.
Having made her debut US performances in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington, DC, MADEIRA plays New York City for the very first time tonight at Brooklyn’s Manhattan Inn — don’t miss out. Tickets available here.
